WHIT HAWKINS

DIRECTOR OF COMMUNICATIONS AND THOUGHT LEADERSHIP

Whit Hawkins joined Greenwich Leadership Partners in 2024 as Director of Communications and Thought Leadership. Her experience incorporates the strategic use of writing, design, photography, and videography to highlight stories, advance original ideas, and distill insights. Whit has written for heads of school, CEOs, and NBA All-Stars, and has produced photography and video content for not-for-profit organizations and Fortune 500 companies.

Prior to joining GLP, Whit was the Director of Strategic Communications for Greenwich Country Day School. At GCDS, she established key communications initiatives designed to offer parents and alumni deeper connections to life and learning on campus, such as the creation of a weekly video series in collaboration with the head of school. In 2018, she led the rebranding effort when GCDS added a high school.

Whit attended Greenwich Country Day School, Taft, and Phillips Exeter Academy, where she graduated cum laude. She received her BA in English with honors from Haverford College.
